All orders placed to DROGHERIA CRIVELLINI SRL are shipped via FedEx courier to the delivery address specified in the order. For any inquiries or questions regarding shipping, you can contact the courier directly.
FedEx is an express courier that provides reliable, punctual, and secure deliveries both nationally and internationally. Thanks to their extensive experience, shipments can be tailored to meet specific needs.
SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery charges are fully borne by the buyer. This cost will be added at the time of ordering the goods and will form the final selling price.
Shipping within Italy: €12,00
Shipping to Europe: €15.00
Shipping to the rest of the world: €30.00
Products shipped to non-EU countries may be subject to additional fees and/or taxes that are determined by the local government of the destination country and are therefore not included in the sale price. The Customer is responsible for any and all such fees and/or taxes should they apply.
DELIVERY TIMES
Upon receiving the order, DROGHERIA CRIVELLINI SRL will deliver the goods as soon as possible. In fact, all products ordered through the website before 1:00 PM on a business day, if available in stock, will be processed immediately by our staff, aiming to limit the order processing time to less than 48 hours. Once the package is picked up and dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery time within the national territory is generally 24/48 hours (48/72 hours for Calabria, Sardinia, Sicily), and 2 to 5 days for the rest of the world. All orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday will be processed starting from the following Monday.
CHECK YOUR PACKAGE
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of delivered packages corresponds to what is indicated in the email transport document and that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps). Any damages to the packaging and/or the product or discrepancies in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier, accepting the delivery with RESERVE and specifying the type of damage noted on the delivery receipt. Once the courier's document is signed, the Customer cannot raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered items.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once the goods are dispatched, a tracking code will be sent via email. We recommend checking the tracking only on the day after dispatch. If you are not at home and the courier is unable to complete the delivery, they will attempt to leave a notice at the recipient's address, stating that an attempted delivery was made and indicating the location of the package. They will make a second attempt, and if appropriate instructions are not provided, the package will be held in storage for a couple of days.
The storage costs are always in charge of the client.
RETURNS
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery or collection of the Products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must first contact DROGHERIA CRIVELLINI SRL via email at info@drogheriacrivellini.com
The Customer will declare the reasons for returning the product, thus allowing DROGHERIA CRIVELLINI SRL, excluding cases of mere change of mind, to take all actions aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
The Customer cannot make any returns without first contacting our staff.
The shipping costs and duties for the return and any responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or delay in delivery will be borne by the Customer.
The Customer undertakes to return the Products for which they have exercised the right of withdrawal without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which they communicated to DROGHERIA CRIVELLINI SRL their decision to withdraw from the contract.
The Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. The Customer must ensure that the Products are intact and complete, never used, worn, or damaged in any way, and that they are returned in their original packaging, with all the labels they were received with.
DROGHERIA CRIVELLINI SRL will verify the packaging and the condition of the individual Products returned, as the full integrity of the Products is an essential requirement for exercising the right of withdrawal.
DROGHERIA CRIVELLINI SRL reserves the right to refuse the return of Products that may be damaged, deteriorated, dirty, or in such a state as to clearly suggest that they have been used for purposes other than those necessary for the Customer to ascertain the nature and characteristics of the purchased Product.
In case of refusal of the return, DROGHERIA CRIVELLINI SRL will send a specific communication to the Customer and will not proceed with the reimbursement of the price paid by the Customer, reserving the right to request compensation for any damage attributable to the Customer's conduct.
The refund of the price of the returned Products will be made by DROGHERIA CRIVELLINI SRL without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which DROGHERIA CRIVELLINI SRL became aware of the Customer's exercise of the right of withdrawal.
DROGHERIA CRIVELLINI SRL reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received and verified the Product or until the Customer has provided evidence of having correctly returned the product, depending on which situation occurs first.
The aforementioned refund will be made through the reimbursement of the amount paid by the Customer, to be carried out using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that they do not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
DROGHERIA CRIVELLINI SRL will confirm to the Customer via email the successful refund of the price.
The return of the Products pursuant to this article is permitted only in relation to purchases made on the Website.
