us the precious product. In the traditional Furlana shoes, the recycled coffee jute sack formed the core of the sole, and were also hidden between the upper and the lining.
Drogheria Crivellini wants to pay tribute to this humble but beautiful material, and displays it outside as the new uppers;

it is supported by precious cotton and linen fabrics,
then cut so that each shoe shows a unique pattern.
Sacks change as do their origins, so the shoes always look
different; the red piping and the recycled rubber sole
are the only common elements. The jute sack is intrinsically
vintage, and tends to wear out over time, like denim, telling
the story of its long journeys.
